Newton Schools help in creating training and development of faculty at school. This development program is defined with a long term vision of the school. We formulate training and development sessions for administration, support staff, and teachers before the launch of the school.
Training and development session includes –
- Teachers training on lesson planning, how to plan effective time tables for students, handling class effectively and efficiently and handling parents
- Personality development sessions for the school team
- Planning and training for school launch, preparation for the inaugural day, and conduction
